Guest guest
Hi Jim & Kathy, Thanks for your information. We have a lot of similarities. Phil (56) has Kaiser doctors and will be transplanted at UCLA. We are working toward getting listed. We had a little setback because they thought they saw a blood clot when they were doing the CT scan in preparation to list him. They did a couple of other tests and have determined that he doesn't have a clot. So we will proceed with meeting with the social worker and coordinator. Phil was dx on Dec. 28, 1998 and had a bout of cholangitis each of the 4 months after dx but has been infection free for 5 months now. He takes many of the same meds and supplements as Jim. Does Jim have UC? Peg, wife of Phil (56) UC 30 yrs, dx PSC 12/98 - working on getting listed. yoma@... wrote: > We would like to share some of the things that we have found > helpful over the past eight years. > > Jim (56) was diagnosed with PSC in 1991. Guest guest
Daphne The trouble is the book ain't always right. Also, one person is allergic to a given herb and you are not. A given person will have a bad reaction to supplement " X " at a certain level, yet you can take 5 times as much without a problem. And on, and on. Szpak > Well, I thought I HAD done the research! Guest guest
This poem has brought me some tears. My dad passed away in 2005 and for some reason, unknown to me, I just picture seeing him again when I am in serious trouble. I remember all my life my dad telling me " you don't get scared until I get scared " . I don't think I ever saw my dad scared of anything though.
