I looked at the headers and conducted an experment. I changed my SMTP server to mta1.onelist.com and tried to send a message to diabetes_intonelist and it DID WORK The good news is I also tried to send an email to my work address using this smtp server and it DID NOT WORK. Is there anyone out there who is using a service other than America Online, or one of the freebies such as Juno or Hotmail, who is having problems? I have never ever had my sends to " diabetes_int " take more than a few minutes. To the people whose mail is slow ... what proof do you have that it is not your own ISP?
