Guest guest
Hi, My name is . I had a retropubic prostectomy two years ago at 40 years old. I have noticed that if I drink tea before bed, especially, I may have an " accident " at night. I still have an " accident " everyonce in a while when I have a dream that I'm peeing. Do you practice bladder control. Holding it as long as you can? before you go. A good practice to strenghten the muscles back up. Best in health to you this year, --- " Reverend J. McVay, D.D. Guest guest
I eat them raw, sometimes altogether, sometimes spread out over the day, doesn't seem to make any difference. My therapist said he could see no reason why they shouldn't be cooked but had no experience of that. Meanwhile I have cut down the dose to one & a half desert spoons & it still works. Haven't had to get up at all during the past four nights!.. , Mid-Wales Bladder control A "therapist" told me to eat two desert spoons of pumpkin seeds each day to control this. >Raw? Roasted? Guest guest
Thanks. I found them roasted and salted in a local store and am giving them a shot. I wonder if the Pumpkin Oil capsules would work as well. Something to consider, eh? Thanks for the tip.
