Tawny,

How are you, sweetie? Yes I did go to the natty old doctor. He gave

me Levaquin and Mucinex. That stuff even sounds nasty! We're supposed

to get snow tonight. It's seen so seldom down here that we're sort of

like cavemen, going outside and looking up to see if the sky is

falling or something! I love getting up early before it gets all

tracked up and stuff, and just looking at it. There is a special hush

that you only get with snow. It's like God wraps us in a nice clean

blanket of cold and quiet. We're going to have taco soup and wrap up

in our blankies tonight. Chas is puny; she came and got in bed with

me sunday after church to take a nap. I just looked at her lying on

my shoulder just like she did as a baby. I can't believe she's almost

18, in 2 weeks. I just blinked and she grew up on me. But she'll

always be mommy's baby. Here's a big old Texas sized hug and wishes

for a pain free week to us all.

Love

jane

Jane,

I'm not feeling that great myself. I'm glad you went to the doctor,

I know you would have rather had a beatin':)

I have taken Mucinex, that is OTC now. I took that, when I was

having pain in my chest, cleared me right up, without going to the

doctor. Will be praying for you.

Were suppose to get snow here too. They have been talking about it

for days, so not sure when to expect it. It is sleeting a little.

It is beautiful to look at, if you don't have to get out in the stuff.

I hope that Chas feels better soon. They do grow up so fast, I know

what you mean. But, your right, she will always be your baby.

You take care of yourself, and check in so we know how your doing,

hugs Tawny
