Guest guest Posted March 20, 2010 Report Share Posted March 20, 2010 Hi sweet friends...I did get turned down for SSDI, day before yesterday, but I emailed the attorney I was telling you about that night. He called me back yesterday morning at 10:19am right as I was going to physical therapy. Can you believe it? I also contacted his office yesterday around 4:00pm, got right through and made an appointment for Thursday at 2:00pm. His assistant was really nice and advised me what to bring....I don't have a lot of my own doctor records, but I do have some. I also shared with her how shabbily I was treated by the physician, and she asked me if his name was B****, and I said yes...she immediately was even more sympathetic. So, with the information that they received, they only looked at about 3 years of medical evidence, even though they asked for all doctors I have seen...and I submitted 14, Attending Physician Statement requests. I don't have a lot of documentation here, but hospitals usually don't throw anything away.
