Guest guest
Hey yall, I have not fallen off the face of the earth. Hi to all the newbies, welcome aboard. I have a nasty upper respiratory infection, due to putting off going to the dr. when I knew I should have, cause you just get sick of going to the doctor sometimes. dummy me, I also ran out of prednisone over the weekend, and left my cane at home today, thinking I was walking better than I am! First day back at work after 2 days off and a weekend in bed. I'm sure I've been a sight to see, leaning on stuff. I probably look like that drunk horse in Cat Ballou. This puts my remicade off almost 3 more weeks so it should be interesting! Hope everyone is doing well and blessed. love to the group Jane

Guest guest
Hi Jane. Glad the wedding went well, and I know just how you feel when your daughter gets married and leaves home. Hard to adjust to.  Yes, you sure are having crazy weather. I live in S.W. Flordia and our weather has been crazy too. It has finally warmed up here, but the cold weather is due to return this weekend. I am thinking Spring........  Glad you started Cymbalta and it is working for you. I wish you continued success with it. I hope it is your miracle drug.  I am sure it has been hard for you with your daughter getting married, and then depression hits. It seems when it rains, it pours. Have you talked to your doctor about that, and has he/she given you a RX for meds. to treat it? I hope so because the meds. sure do help.  Wishing you good days ahead.  Hugs,  Barbara From: janes <janeatregis@...> Subject: [ ] Jane checking in Date: Thursday, March 25, 2010, 10:51 AM  hey yall, greetings from gloomy Dallas. we had 70 degree weather last saturday and four inches of snow on sunday. i think my front yard has turned into a permanent bog! haven't posted in a while, we were busy getting the baby girl's wedding done. have a couple pictures that should post pretty soon. one is of the happy couple-outside, in 13 degree weather- and they're still glowing. the other is one of my ex, the kids, and me. it was a beautiful wedding. it's been a tough couple of months what with getting used to my girl being gone, being sick, being depressed, and the insane weather we've had.I'm slowly getting back to whatever is normal for me. started on cymbalta and it's helping, although obscenely expensive. Sending warm wishes for pain free days, and sunshine, and the new hope that just seems to go along with spring.
