Myria,I'm not sure what you mean by "all my replies go to spam". Can you clarify? Do you mean that:1. All the messages from the PracticeImprovement1 Listserv end up in your Spam folder? or2. Any replies that you send to someone else end up in their Spam folder? SetoSouth Pasadena, CA

Myria,None of your posts are going into MY spam folder, and I would guess that it isn't going into other peoples' spam folders either, so it is probably just an overly strict spam filter on your end. There may be multiple spam filters in play. You have a Yahoo e-mail account, and perhaps an e-mail program on your computer desktop/laptop, and apparently a BlackBerry account, too. If ALL your posts are ending up in the spam folder, then the filtering is being done higher "upstream", such as at the Yahoo e-mail servers. If they only show up in the spam folder on your desktop/laptop, but getting through on your BlackBerry, then the culprit is "downstream" and may be local to the device. Some ways to receive legitimate e-mail messages:1. Enter " " into your address book. This may convince the spam filter that mail from addresses that you already know are not spam. 2. Some e-mail programs have a way for you to mark items in your spam folder as "Not Spam", to help train it to recognize legitimate e-mail.3. If you have the ability to create an e-mail filter, you can tell your e-mail program to send all e-mail coming from " " to be forwarded to a specific folder, and not the spam folder.4. Sometimes e-mail servers use a "whitelist", which is a list of safe e-mail senders. If you have such a whitelist, you can add " " to the list. What is the main way that you access your e-mail? Do you have a separate spam filter program? SetoSouth Pasadena, CA
