New to group - have question about sfn

Hi I am new to the group. I have what I believe to be small fiber neuropathy.

My hands and feet are stinging/tingling/burning and also are intolerant to heat

and/or cold. I am looking for any information on this at all. I am not

diabetic to my knowledge but seem to be having hypoglycemia as well.
