Tawny, I am so happy for you, it is about time you had some relief from leg

pain. Just wanted to mention that when I was having neck problems as you

described, I went for approx 6 visits to a massage therapist and my neck now has

very good range of motion.

Hugs

Hey everyone,......I went to my rheumy appointment yesterday, and was

so excited to go, I was there an hour before my app time.

I had a cortisone shot in the leg, by the knee. It will take a

couple of days to feel better, It's already feeling a little better.

It will also help other parts of the body.

My neck has been really bothering me too, it's also doing much better

today. Yesterday, it was so bad, that I had to have help getting up

after laying on the table. My neck would not go at all, that's scary.

I'm still on the humira, mtx, and loratab. They did up my dose on the

loratab to 7.5, it was like 5. Also, put me on flexeril, and back on

lodine at 3 times a day.

They took x-rays, lab work, and the works. I'm hoping this shot will

really help my leg, and get me moving again. I'm ready to start

those robotic exercises, I have been so wanting to do.

I hope that everyone starts having some better days. I'm really

looking forward for better weather, so it's looking brighter every

day,.....Tawny

June,....yes it is time to have some relief:) The rheumy told me if

I'm not better by next visit, I need to get into physical therapy.

That sounds like a good move with the massage therapist, and

relaxing. That is awesome in 6 visits! Thanks for sharing, will

check it out, hugs Tawny
