Hi Margaret,

You need to use the "export" option, to create a .txt file

convert to .csv, and open in Excel

Go to File / Export: you have many options:

Patient File: you get "patient's name" to link with "date of last payment",

it does not include "date of service"

Billing Detail File: you get all "dates of service" for a specific date range;

it includes the "Chart Name" not the "patient name".

You can also go to Help/Index: "export"

it will list some entries to explain these options.

You can email me off the list if you need more info.

Which EMR did you pick for the upgrade?

Hope all goes well!

.

Lytec Report

Any Lytec Practice Management users out there? I am trying to get a list of active patients seen in the last 2-3 years and want to export to a file for my new EMR data base. I currently have Lytec 2007. I would appreciate any assistance!Margaret Coughlan
