Started reading, forgot about the frying egg, suddenly remembered, jumped up and ran to the kitchen. In the pan was the egg white (now crispy), but no yoke. The yoke had exploded and was mostly on the ceiling!!! I had no idea it could do that! I actually had to mop my ceiling! LOL!!
