and Psyllium? Has anyone used this with good results?

function...

What brand is recommended? I saw it in my health food

store today but was unfamiliar with the brand? Also,

is it better to give psyllium, bentonite, and caproyl

as individuals? Thanks.

For the trio you just follow the instructions sent by www.wholeapproach.com

regarding the Candida treatment- 1 mix one tbsp of each with water -

calls it her yogurt!
