I made the mistake of going to a quack-o-practor so I could get into a water

aerobics program. He knew my neck had discs missing and bone spurs pressing

on my nerves. One day he forgot and wrenched my neck. The next day, I

couldn't even move my head without severe pain. I finally got into a pain

management program a month later, and my doctors wouldn't do anything about

it. I still have those problems, but now I know what to do in order to live

with it. Of course I'll never go to one of them again!
