Guest guest
Hi everyone. I posted last week, or maybe the week before about my problems and concerns with Humira. Well justed wanted to give an update since I've seen my doctor last week. He actually said the discoloration in my fingers is caused by one, the cold weather, and two, he says sometimes the Plaquenil causes this. There's a word for it and it starts with a " R " I just can't think of it. He did say however that if when he sees me in 8 weeks if I'm not a bit further along on the Humira he may try me on Enbrel. So that's my update. My body has actually been hurting pretty bad lately. This kind of pain makes me kinda nervous cause it was around this time last year that I had to stop driving and wasn't able to do so again till around mid-May. Hope everyone is doing well. Have a Joyful Day, Kelli
Guest guest
: I had a similar experience with I went on Enbrel. The first indication I had that it was working was that the terrible swelling in my feet/ankles went down considerably overnight (literally). But the pain relief came so slowly that it was hard to notice on a day to day basis until suddenly one day after about a month and a half, two months, I suddenly noticed that I felt a lot better. Given your progress to date (which has come relatively quickly), I'd but that it is the Humira and that you will see a lot more improvement as the weeks to on and you will be able to have a nearly normal life again. Guest guest
Hi , My sinus became so bad that I got a fungus in my sinus cavities and spread it to my hands and a few other parts of my body. I am now on Biaxin and an anti fungal antibiotic Nizoral and doing real well. I am off all PA and RA medications just the antibiotics. Some days my arthritis hurts and my hands are red, but I just take a Tylenol when it gets too bad. Take care of yourself. Eva
