Guest guest
From mid-calf to my toes on the right side, it is always cold. Even in hot weather. Unless I'm just getting up in the morning. Then it sometimes is red and burning hot. I just assume goofed up circulation. --- Bill wrote: > I've been notice a cold chill on one of my ankles > ... anyone else get > something similar and do you know what it means. > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been > removed] > > __________________________________________________

Sometimes it is so cold that it hurts. Then I have to warm it up, I used to just take a hot bath but now I use a hair dryer, that relieves the ache. Both my neurologist and physiologist say it is from nerve damage. I have been repeatedly checked for circulation problems and there are none. It is always warm in the mornings assuming I get a good nights sleep, but never red or hot, just 'normal'. Just one of those things I have learned to live with.
