From mid-calf to my toes on the right side, it is

always cold. Even in hot weather. Unless I'm just

getting up in the morning. Then it sometimes is red

and burning hot. I just assume goofed up circulation.

I know exactly what you are talking about. But I

get the hot spots, or burning spots more then I do

the cold ones.

My left leg and foot (the weak and flaccid one) from knee down has been

cold for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it is so cold that it

hurts. Then I have to warm it up, I used to just take a hot bath but now

I use a hair dryer, that relieves the ache. Both my neurologist and

physiologist say it is from nerve damage. I have been repeatedly checked

for circulation problems and there are none. It is always warm in the

mornings assuming I get a good nights sleep, but never red or hot, just

'normal'. Just one of those things I have learned to live with.
