The Yellow Card Scheme is run by the MHRA, and is used to collect

information from health professionals and patients on suspected adverse drug

reactions (ADRs).

The MHRA (www.mhra.gov.uk) is an Agency of the Department of Health

and is responsible for the regulation of medicine. The MHRA and its

predecessor organisations have collected reports of suspected adverse drug

reactions through the Yellow Card Scheme for over 40 years. Since the

establishment of the Yellow Card Scheme over 500,000 UK reports have been

collected.

We collect Yellow Card reports on prescription medicines, herbal

remedies and over-the-counter medicines.

Through this website, you can:

*Report a suspected adverse drug reaction

*Download information on medicines that has been collected

through the Yellow Card Scheme

http://www.yellowcard.gov.uk/daps.html

We welcome reports on suspected adverse drug reactions from members of

the public.

I'll tell you where to go!
