Guest guest
Well you are still a part of this family. Like you said, you are in pain and that is all that matters. Hopefully at some point we will all find something that will rid us of this pain and allow us to lead semi-normal lives. --- Closson's wrote: > I have always taken for granted that I have > fibromyalgia since my doctor > sent me to physio and the list of problems was > fibro. Guest guest
Nora, Have you seen the movie the "Return Of The King"? There is a part at the end where Frodo is hanging on a ledge by one good hand and his friend Sam , looks down at him and says " Don't You Let Go" I believe it is not a lot of consolation to know so many are out here who are feeling so much like you are, but we need to lean on eachother. no one even among the family members I have here even come close to understanding how I feel. And they all have little things where they say oh, yeah I have had that before.....it is like Ah......No,...You really havn't. For some insane reason just knowing people here suffer and let me vent and do not judge me or dismiss my pain as just like what they feel. My whole life my mom used to call me the Princess and the Pea because I could not sleep if there was just a wrinkle in my sheet or a grain of sand in the bed and my tags on the back of my neck were misery! You are in good company dear lady....keep goin, we all need shoulders even if it dosn't make a difference in our pain issues. Debi Tarvin wrote: Well you are still a part of this family. Guest guest
BADBADBAD! I'd be hunting for a NEW PHYSICIAN - IF THEY WON'T DX YOU THEY WON'T TREAT YOU RIGHT. imho Kate On Fri, 08 Oct 2004 14:33:20 -0700 (Pacific Standard Time) Closson's writes: I have always taken for granted that I have fibromyalgia since my doctor sent me to physio and the list of problems was fibro. She smerked and said all that fibro is is pain all over and since I have so many other physical problems including my weight it is hard to tell. Whatever, I know I hurt all over and that's all I need to know. I don't need a diagnoses. Norma 1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.
