Guest guest
CINNAMON BREAD 4 eggs, separated pinch of salt 2 tbsp. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese 1 pkt. sweetener 1 stick butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 pkt. sweetener 2 tsp. brown sugar twin Separate the 4 eggs. Whip whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. In food processor, blend egg yolks, cottage cheese and 1 pkg equal. Gently fold yolks into whites. Spread into 6 mounds, flatten them slightly to be more like bread, on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 30-40 min. Meanwhile, soften butter, whip in processor with cinnamon, 1 pkt. equal and brown sugar twin. Spread on warm " bread. " (This is based on the Atkins rolls from the original Atkins book from the 70's, but quite an improvement!)
