Guest guest
, I would not avoid sun based on this one person's opinion. I would just note it and continue on with what you are doing. It doesn't make sense to avoid the sun to me. I just read these hypothesis and see if there are any commonalities and no I wont' be a test subject since I live in Canada. We just had a little meeting of our alternative therapies group here and there was a fellow present who started talking about enemas/colonics etc. I told him the story about Janie and the Gerson therapy and one of the keys to the therapy is coffee enemas. This fellow has had ms for 20 years or so and walks with a cane. Anyway, he claimed that it was the coffee enemas that stopped his attacks (along with a few other minor things) about 10-15 years ago. Personally I feel that it is my liver that is holding all the copper/mercury and is the cause of my fatigue. I was reluctant to do the coffee enema thing but have read so much and now have a first hand account of how useful it is that I can't avoid it. ne Re: pathogens and ms Hi ne. Thanks for posting this. As you may remember, I also have high levels of metals, particularly mercury and copper (also lead and cadmium). I follow some of this protocol already, but learned some new things to try. It's a bit confusing (and long) and I need to read it again. I can't always tell by this what is recomended by others and what is suggested in this study. I was surprised to see that sunlight isn't recommended. It goes against most things I've read on the subject. Since it's hard for me to get much sun, I'm relieved that this is the finding in this study (particularly if it's true). Are you going to become a test subject? ne
Guest guest
>>There is plenty of evidence that people with ms get better from taking colloidal silver, antibiotics etc. or those treatments for lyme - all are treatments for pathogens of some sort. Sorry for the length of the article. >>ne Hi Suzanne, Many years ago, I was tested by Dr. Lindner's lab, and tested positive for this " bacteria " . At that time, he wasn't really saying to avoid antibiotics. This latest article that was posted was very disturbing to me because I tested positive for Lyme as well, and very reluctantly started antibiotics! My Naturopath and Lyme Physician want me to do IV antibiotics because they say it is the only treatment for late stage neurological Lyme. I was already torn about what to do, but this info has made it ten times worse! I don't know what I'm treating anymore, it's become very confusing for me. I'm copying it and showing it to my doctors. Guest guest
Hi ! In treating your Lyme disease, you might consider taking colloidal silver as an alternative to IV antibiotics. Here are two sites that you may find helpful: http://www.silverbulletgold.com/about.htm and http://www.webspawner.com/users/colloidalminerals/index.html All the best, Dudley Delany http://profiles.yahoo.com/dudley_delany
Guest guest
, not sure if you saw the posting a couple of weeks ago that I submitted from a women who " cured " herself of lyme - here it is again. It is from the sulfur stories listserv. It is a bit rambling but try to follow it as she really knows what she writes about. Hope it is of use. ne I have Lyme Disease although it's been a while since I have had a Lyme western blott and do not remember all of the significant bands. 41 band by itself is not significant to most docs because it can cross react with other infestions.. However, 41 band is usually considered significant in the presence of other positive bands. I am not sure about the other bands you listed off the top of my head, but if you are concerned, you might want to search under Dr. Burrascano, who is my Lyme doc and is quite a famous lyme doc with a lot of info on the web. Unfortunately, undiagnozed systemic lyme can often mean years of antibiotics, which would be vary probelmatic in a child with developmental problems/metabolic issues. Years of antibotic treatment left me disabled although it initially helped me to go from a 6-month bedridden state to mild degree of functioning before hitting rock bottom again a few years later. I had better successs using complementary therapy (Although the years of antibiotic therapy may have SIGNIFICATLY reduced my bacterial load). A very promicing natural treatment for Lyme was developed by a very well-known Chinese doctor in New York named Dr. Zhang (search under the internet under " zhang and lyme and herbs " . His herbal protocal was developed and based on centuries of chinese herbal therapy to treat syphalus, which is in the same bacterial family as Lyme. Both are spiorchete infections. He offers four different herbal formulas and suggest that a patient take two at a time for 6 months, reccommendeing that one of those be his allicin formula which crosses the blood brain barrier and is used in china to treat nuerological infections (allicin may be probelmatic for those with sulfur tolerance issues- his allicin is so concentrated it is about 60 times stronger than any allicin capsules sold in the states- he even makes it is a liquid vial formula for AIDS patients and is used intravenously in china). I took his protocal for 6 months and no longer tested positive for Lyme by PCR at the end of those 6 months. I also took his protocal for babesia, a lyme co-infections. OTher lyme patients and physicians ahve had successs with samento. Do a serach on the internet under " semento and lyme " . Allergy Research had a huge article on this in one of its recent newsletter over the past year. Lyme is also very heat sensitive and many have had luck with treating it with a combination of sauna and an herb called teasle (which causes the bod to create a slight fever to fight the Lyme). You can serach under " teasle and Lyme " . Others have had successs taking homepathic nosodes combined with the homepathic formula ledum. You can also seach internet under " ledum and lyme. " One way to tell whether lyme may or may not be an issue is to be allergy tested for LYme disease. Only a few allergists in the country do this. Environmental Health CEnter in Dallas can. OBviously before pursuing these you want to confirm whether or not your son may have Lyme. I would see a physcian who is very familiar with treating LYme to determine this. Although many people promote the Bowen lab test (the allergy reasearch article talks about this) for determining lyme infections, I think more research is needed and it seems to overdiagnoze the disease in my opinion. pathogens and MS Hi Suzanne, Many years ago, I was tested by Dr. Lindner's lab, and tested positive for this " bacteria " .
