Guest guest
Tawny, this was a couple of years ago. Mtx and Arava had caused my white blood cell count to get too low, so I couldn't keep taking them. Of course the insurance company didn't care how I would manage while they were dilly-dallying around before approving the Enbrel. I've been on Enbrel now for almost two years, and it's working extremely well for me. This year they did raise my co-pay for Enbrel from $25 to $40, but I can't complain because that's still a bargain, LOL. Guest guest
when it comes to getting drugs, i guess i am really lucky... my rheumy asked me what i wanted to do after he went over all my options... and when i said that i wanted to get rid of this pain right now, he got on the computer and sent the RX's to the napa kaiser and i drove back into town and picked them up... as soon as my tb test was read and was negative, i got my 1st injection that same day.... there was no hesitation at all... and i only hve to pay 5 bucks for each RX... i guess i can not complain at all... we have had kaiser for 34 years and i have very good care and so has my family.. 4 kids and a husband... and now 2 grandbabies... rae Re: [ ] Re: methotrexate dosage Tawny, this was a couple of years ago.
