Sorry I haven't posted or responded lately but my family has been going through a family crisis that is not going away anytime soon. It's a trip how one family members bad choice will have a ripple effect through out the whole family huh??? Doesn't help that the stress is really, really unhealthy for me. Anyway, about Humira. That's what I'm taking right now along with other meds. My question here is to anyone here who takes it. Do you every experience chest pains with it? I've been taking it for about 4 months now, and I'll experience these chest pains. I told my doc on my last visit and he prescribed Benadryl to offset the chest pains. It's has helped somewhat, but I just don't like the idea of having to take one medicine then taking another to offset the side effects from it, especially when the side effects are chest pains. I've also noticed sometimes my finger tips will get kinda dark, along with my toes. I know I may not know everything it is to know, but that doesn't sound right to me. I go for my regular six week visit next week and I was thinking about asking him to maybe try me on Remicade or Enbrel. Any suggestions are welcome.
