Hi !

This is a great link! One strange question? Did you notice deep in the

copy that lemons are supposedly highly alkaline??? I don't remember my

high school chemistry but I thought lemons were acidic? I will have to

get out my litmus paper to verify that one!

Good point. The coconut oil is alkalizing. I found a great list of

alkalizing and acidic foods. There is also a great book called Alkalize

or Die (I have that one too, if anyone wants to borrow it). Here's the

link to the list. http://w3.bluegrass.net/~jclark/alkaline_foods.htm

Candida is tough but In my opinion, most treatments go about it the

wrong way. Yeast requires an environment to grow. It is not a virus

which attacks the body. It is more of an opportunist which happens to

find a cozy nook in your body to grow.

We know that yeast requires an acidic environment to thrive, therefore

by concentrating on making the body more alkaline, you make it harder

for Candida to survive. Most diets remove the sugars Candida needs to

feed on, but ignore the alkaline foods that help change the PH.

I would focus on that more than any quick cleanse that does nothing to

change the environment that caused the infestation in the first place.
