Guest guest
The vitamin B family of vitamins is very important, it's a good idea to use a good B-complex and a sublingual b 12 at the same time. But sometimes your body may need a specific additional vitamin like the one listed below. Sometimes people have very specific deficiencies or problems, this has come up with one of my friends, that I was talking to today.. Then I was talking to someone else, and the same deficiency came up. I talked to a friend who is a naturopath he talked to my friend and made a recommendation so she could try to fix her problem. He told her to start with four per day. Then she can increase if needed. Anything you'd try will take at least 28 days for you to see if this problem would be fixed you may see results sooner, but it will take a full cycle and it goes with the moon. Something to do with high tide low tide very complicated. Deficiency of vitamin B5 With Vitamin B5 in short supply symptoms like fatigue, headaches, nausea, tingling in the hands, depression, personality changes and cardiac instability have been reported. Frequent infection, fatigue, abdominal pains, sleep disturbances and neurological disorders including numbness, paresthesia (abnormal sensation such as " burning feet " syndrome), muscle weakness and cramps are also possible indications that this nutrient is in short supply. Biochemical changes include increased insulin sensitivity, lowered blood cholesterol, decreased serum potassium, and failure of adrenocorticotropin to induce eosinopenia. Pantothenic acid. Food sources of vitamin B5 Beef, brewer’s yeast, eggs, fresh vegetables, kidney, legumes, liver, mushrooms, nuts, pork, royal jelly, saltwater fish, torula yeast, whole rye flour, and whole wheat.
