Guest guest
Hi y'all ... I cannot remember if I shared this with you or not, but I have had very good results in gently and carefully expanding my range of joint motion from the DVD called Yoga for Inflexible People. I like it because it is very gentle. You can actually choose from 35 different workouts which is great on those days when I feel like I can't do much. You can choose just to just floor movements or just work on shoulders and neck, etc. Basically you can customize what areas you work and for how long (15 minutes to 75 minutes). If you are into the mind-body-spirit connection, as I am, this is also a very peaceful program (read: not a power yoga or trendy yoga program). I purchased my copy at and Noble, but when you do a web search and put in the title Yoga for Inflexible People, there will be all kinds of reviews and ordering info that comes up. You can order directly for the producers at _www.bodywisdommedia.com_ (http://www.bodywisdommedia.com) . (I have no affiliation with any of this -- just want us all to fell as good as we can!) Hope this helps some of you ... and to those who think they " can't " (I hate that word!) do any movement (and I have been there, trust me!!), I encourage you to give it a try -- you have nothing to lose except $20 for the DVD and you just might gain some really good things for trying. :-) Here's to our best health possible!
