Good morning,

I have noticed something during my time with this illness. My pain

levels are definately affected by my attitude. If I am feeling

sorry for myself, I experience more pain. I am excited about my day

with my family, and my pain levels are stable.

I am staying with my mom on Friday night and seeing my sister and

family, so I will be gone on Friday and Saturday. I am thinking a

lot of positive thoughts that the trip will go well.

Today, I am going with my husband and daughter to Mayfair Mall in

Milwaukee so she can spend her money. The girl loves to get new

clothes and they have her favorite stores there. Chuck is going

along also so, will be driving with her dad talking her

through it. She will go for her liscense on her Valentine birthday.

I am experiencing the hand swelling again and my pain levels have

been consistantly higher since the beginning of October. I do not

think it is a flare, I think my illness has just got worse, but I am

still thankful for what I can do. I still find part-time work to be

a good fit for me and I hope to work until retirement. Going for

disability sounds like a really difficult thing, but it is good to

know that it is an option, if things progress.

Hugs and a good day to all, Penny
