volunteers to complete survey for thesis research

Hi, my name is and I am currently collecting data for my

undergraduate thesis

on health locus of control in a sample with rheumatoid arthritis. I, myself, was

diagnosed

with RA in 2000 so my research question is of a personal nature as well. If you

have been

diagnosed with RA and could spare 20 minutes to complete a short questionnaire

it would

greatly beneficial to my project at St. 's College of MD. Thanks so much.
