Guest guest
Jan - Loved this recipe in particular. I have a recipe I use for special occassions- a ginger grape cream cheese tart. It is wonderful and so pretty for this time of year- it calls for candied ginger and light cream cheese for filling- and the grape halves are on top - I use seedless - I use a variety of " colors " if I can. I think I found it in Good Housekeeping a couple of years ago This would be wonderful as the base crust. You are always a day brightener. > > Ginger Snap Pie Crust > > 10 oz of Ginger snaps > 1/3 cup melted butter > > Process Ginger Snaps in food processor until reduced to crumbs.
