Hi Ralf - My doc titrated me to 50 mg 3 times a day - so it's the same total dose, just spread out differently. After a month at this dose (at my next appointment) he's going to increase the dose again. I'm not sure how high he'll go, but it's gotta go up because at this level after three weeks I'm still not seeing any help for my severe neuropathy. Topamax was helping me, but he took me off that to switch to the Lyrica in hopes it would help more. If this doesn't get better after the next dose increase I'm going back to my Topamax!
