Before would begin doing the Work and at the end, they used to play

Makena songs. I don't know if they still do. The two they played most were At a

Time Like This and Be Welcome. I have them on a CD Makena in love.

Musical Love

Hi Jon and anyone else who might be able to point me in the right

direction please,

I really enjoyed the song Jon posted last nighta nd I have been

thinking that I would love to have a collection of songs which are

celebratory, inspiring etc not religious per se.

So many of the songs we listen to talk about *I can't live without

you* or *I am no one without you* or else they are all *Get jiggy

with it! LOL

I just want some songs that make me feel inspired and serene - too

much to ask??

Anyway, if anyone can recommend some artists or songs or sites please

that would be great and thanks in advance!

Lovingly

, another CD I've enjoyed very much is Sweet Spirit In the Stillness. It

was done by two women who I used to see at weekends in California. They

were long distance truckers of all things. Several of their songs including In

the Stillness were also played frequently.

Just caught this one - what an interesting concept, that songs

make you feel inspired and serene - as if that is possible :-)

Hey ,

Please ignore this last message from me, if that feels right - I can

be too clever for my own good sometimes - ho hum.

Hi ,

Thanks - yes, you're right - just thinking about it now it has brought

up a memory from childhood, something that I didn't even realize I had

" pushed away " .

With love and thanks,

A song and singer I find very moving/reverential:

Bridge Over Troubled Water sung by ny Cash.

Another one:

Brought To My Senses by Sting
