I'm sorry that I'm 4 days behind in posts Please forgive me for being so late

in replying to your email. I sure pray you are feeling better. Your pain levels

had to have been way above a 10 for it to cause you to need to scream God

bless you.

We have to keep our pain meds coming 24/7 evenly around the clock in order to

keep our pain under control and then when we have a spike in pain we MUST take

the short acting, break through pain med to keep it from getting out of control.

Hi everyone,

I'm at work right now and i feel like screaming from the pain in my

neck and back, unfortuntately i took my meds to late and now it's

tring to " catch up " with the pain. I guess i still haven't learned my

lesson!

I hope you all have a wonderful and as pain free as possible Christmas.

My Dr will not give me anything for breakthrough pain. I'm on a low dose of

Methadone and have been for awhile, so i think it's time to talk to him about

better pain control (if there is such a thing)

Morning , I agree with you. I have been trying to get in touch with my Dr.

all week.

he must have taken all the holidays off. My PM Dr. is very good to work with me

within reason. you just have to lay the cards on the table and tell him how bad

things are. Their job is suppose to be to help you live as normal of life as

possible. Without being zonked. I am like you though about if there is such a

thing. I have percocet 10mg, I can take every 4-6 hours. but the last few days

they are like taking a Tylenol. NOT WORKING! Hoping you can get some help. for I

know first hand pain is no fun.
