Hi Ya'll...

I have cysts inside my ovaries... the doctor said it is actually from

my body not working properly and so the eggs are not releases as they

are supposed to be... they then attach themselves to my ovarian walls

and the cysts form over them... suppose it is the body's way of trying

to take care of it.

1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as

to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr.

Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to

certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.

2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't

be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that

situation better.

Have a nice day everyone.

... I can only speak for myself on this.. but I had hundreds of

tiny pencil point cysts... too many to count.. how they formed, I don't

know. Obesity can cause PCOS, but PCOS can also cause obesity...

vicious circle. From what I've found out, high levels of insulin can

also cause PCOS, and PCOS one of the causes of infertility.

Here's are some interesting links for you:

Hmmm.. most of these all say the cause is unknown.. interesting... looks

like PCOS joins Fibro with the mysterious causes. Hope this helps.

So they shouldn't be permanent. Cam>

That is the kind I've had. They are like water cysts and coincide with

ovulation. My doctor felt that because of it I wasn't ovulating right and

would probably have to take fertility drugs in order to get pregnant. Hmm,

doctors don't have the final say on everything do they? It took me several

years to get pregnant, but I did and now have two teenagers.

Cam,

I've had surgery and hormones both before for cysts. I couldn't stay on the

hormones though because it made my bp go through the roof.
