Guest guest
I have used Survey Monkey - online - for free. You can write your own questions and email to patients. I have received great qualitative & quantitative data from this. . . Guest guest
Due to the fact that most my patients speak Spanish and that the HIYH Spanish version was somewhat lacking I looked for a different way to measure patient experience. I actually sat down with Wasson and extracted some of the questions of how is your health that are a very good measure of patient experience and ask them after every visit to my patients. I get a monthly tally of them. However we will be asking patients to fill the whole survey now that the Spanish version is being revamped. Here are the questions we use I got the care I wanted and needed, exactly when and how I want and need it ¢¢ Strongly Agree ¢¢ Agree ¢¢ Disagree ¢¢ Strongly disagree The doctor listened to what I had to say ¢¢ Strongly Agree ¢¢ Agree ¢¢ Disagree ¢¢ Strongly disagree Evaluate the information you got during your Visit ¢¢ Excellent ¢¢ Good ¢¢ Average ¢¢ Bad You wasted my time ¢¢ You did not waste my time ¢¢ You wasted a little bit of my time ¢¢ You wasted quite a lot of my time ¢¢ You wasted a lot of my time It was easy to get an appointment ¢¢ Strongly Agree ¢¢ Agree ¢¢ Disagree ¢¢ Strongly disagree I believe I can manage my health problems correctly ¢¢ Strongly Agree ¢¢ Agree ¢¢ Disagree ¢¢ Strongly disagree This was sort of a patch given the low literacy and language limitations of my population.
