Guest guest
It was purely by accident, but here's what happened. I had taken a muscle relaxer before bed and when I was getting up I pulled my knees up to my stomach then swung them off the left side of the bed, using the leg momentum to pull me to a sitting position, I felt the pop really deep in my back as I was sitting up. I have not had any sciatica pain since, the muscle has been relaxed, so apparently I gave myself a chiropractic adjustment. I still have tons of other pain but it is a big relief to not have the numbness and tingling in my right (driving) leg. I'm not advocating that anyone try this at home!!!! With all the structural damage I have I could have just as easily broke something. However; anyone under the care of a chiropractor it wouldn't hurt to ask them if there is anything you can do at home? Cheryl/Tx
