Guest guest
Trudy, Can you give me information how you got to use a Medical Doctor over the Internet? Is it possible that this doctor has referrals to physicians in other areas? Like mine? I would be interested in any information you can provide. Thank you, Liz D Re: Enemas Hi everyone! I have posted a few times here previously, but have been mainly lurking. But, since we are talking enemas, I thought I would come out of the wood work! ;-) LOL I wanted to mention one thing to you that my ND told me about coffee enemas. She told me to be sure to use reverse osmosis water with warm *organic* coffee. She told me to be sure to use organic coffee because of all the chemicals in regular coffee. ...just thought I would pass that along. I have the so-called " Chronic Fatigue Syndrome " / Fibromyalgia and have been working with a medical doctor over the Internet. (...tells you about our local doctor situation! ;-) Anyway, my net doctor wanted me to start with Nystatin, because I have been sick for so long (over 10 years, now). She told me that the Candida would be so entrenched in my bowels that the herbals would not work. (I had tried homeopathics, herbals and Chinese medicine previously with no improvement; however, within the first week on Nystatin I had a noticeable improvement--not only to me, but to others as well.) Before starting the Nystatin, she wanted me to drink psyllium husk and bentonite clay for three days. I was also to drink senna tea. I was to then follow this regimen with a coffee enema at the end of the three day period. --- rabbitbrain@... bUcKsNdOeS
Guest guest
Gubisara, I was thinking of just drinking 4oz. or a 1/4 cup of freshly sqeezed lemon juice in a glass for a few days. Then 2 a day for a few days. Then 3 or 4 a day for a few days. Keep increasing like that. With all the things wrong with my girlfriend, we've always had to do things that way. Your body will tell you if something is wrong, & starting this slow won't hurt you I believe. We've only done 1 - 2 a day so far & have had no bad effects. I guess that's kind of been the way we've done everything. Not doing all they tell you to do with any protocol, just doing what seems to work for you, but trying to cover as many bases as possible. We include a 1/2 lemon in our juice drink. I like 1 orange, 1 apple, 2 kiwi's, 1/2 a lemon, & 7 strawberries. Yummy! Hope that helps. Guest guest
Hi Gaylen, So happy to hear the good news. IT IS OUTSTANDING!!! Thanx for your reply. By the way, from time to time I have been doing a slow liver cleanse that includes 1 organic lemon rind and all +1.5 tbp extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup mineral water. I put it all in the blender for about a minute, strain it all and drinks first thing in the morning. I find it very useful. Guest guest
Hi Trudy, I don't know about anyone else but when I just not so long ago found out I had Hep C and then tried to wrap my brain around what a Geno type was and what grade I was and what kind of medicine chemotherapy I should have that was a lot of information already to try and stuff in my little brain along with the tons of info on how to do tx and shots and side effects and eating for liver health and tx. Boy it doesn't end. I finally got to where I tune out after awhile on some of it. If it doesn't get me caught up in reading it and catch my attention pretty quick I tend not to keep reading it. I may be horrible for doing that but I usually am doing that due to the fact half of it isn't making any sense to me. I work in the medical field and it still isn't making sense. lol. It seemed when I first met my sister in law when she first joined our family every other day she was sending us emails about something new we should not eat touch, drink, smell, be around, see, everything was going to kill us. I look at it. Some of it is right but sometimes there is just way too much going on where we would just have to about be in a plastic bubble and have sterilized everything in order not to get anything bad in our bodies and then the plastic that bubble was made out of would probably poisin me. So yes you should take some of it serious but don't go over board to the point you are driving yourself nuts over it. you could really become obsessive compulsive over it. My sister in law did. It was wierd. She is still thinking everyone in her town is out to get her and they were all sent there just for that very purpose. Also they spy on her through her coo coo clock. So in moderation. Don't be afraid to live. Drink your water. Guest guest
TrudyOh how I highly concur with on these matters!! Although I have weird sister-in-laws, don't think any of them except for perhaps the still practising drug addict think anyone is spying on them from a coo coo clock. LOL How appropriate is that LOLEspecially when it comes to articles about this disease!! Don does a fabulous job of finding and providing us all with great information and what I may find, doesn't catch my eye, does not mean by any stretch that it wouldn't catch somebody else's eye.As for all the other crap about what is and isn't good for us!!! Well, I go by what my body tells me. So far, it's said things like - I don't like red meat anymore, I don't really like coffee and must limit you to only one latte about every 2 weeks at the most and things like that. Even when I get forgetful and actually buy spinach to run through the juicer, my mind finally says - idiot, you can not put anything in your system that is rich in iron!!!Gloria Hi Trudy, I don't know about anyone else but when I just not so long ago found out I had Hep C and then tried to wrap my brain around what a Geno type was and what grade I was and what kind of medicine chemotherapy I should have that was a lot of information already to try and stuff in my little brain along with the tons of info on how to do tx and shots and side effects and eating for liver health and tx. Guest guest
I do want to clear one thing up. I admire Don very highly especially for all the information and the ability to understand it and be able to explain it to us. That is worth so so so very much to us all. I was not putting him down for that at all. I sometimes have a hard time wrapping my mind around some of the informtion when I am tired or even sometimes when I am not but that is just me. Some of it I take right to and really understand and it helps greatly. At first though and this is the reason I was saying anything about it at all. I was saving every single email with information on it and trying to read absolutely everything plus work sometimes 50 plus hours a week and take care of a home and being so tired all the time. I felt like I was gonna miss something all the time. I wasn't sure what I needed to really pay attention to the most for me. Now I have gotten to where I have relaxed more and can pick and choose and know which ones I need to check out for my situation. I Was scared at first oh if I don't understand all this information I will die. I did not die. I did not understand it all. I miss some of it sometimes I probably need but sooner or later I hear it from someone in the group. I learn a whole lot from Don and Pam and lots of others that are here and have been through fighting the dragon way longer. I admire all of you and thank you for taking the time to help us with all this information. Guest guest
and TrudyI save these e-mails from the group, in a file through my "folders". Every so often, I go in and delete them. Actually, I should not be saving all those informational ones at all because, if I couldn't read them the first pass through - I know that Don has them on the groups files.LOL sometimes I think I should pay a lot more attention to that show Hoarders!!!
