Guest guest
My infrared sauna is ready to go! I bought the 52 inch power outlet so I could adjust the bulbs according to our heights. I do have 4, 250 watt bulbs on it currently. How many lights should I have on it? Also, I was reading about infrared saunas and it says to wait until it is 110-120 degrees in the room before starting. I can use a thermometer to gauge initial temperature, but how do I keep the temp at a constant, or can I even do that? What temperature is too hot to sit facing the sauna? How many minutes should I have start at? Is it ok. to do twice a week, or should I have him do more? Jim, I cannot thank you enough for all your help and money saving advice.
