rituximab anyone?

I met with my rheumatologist yesterday and we discussed my various

options. I have been on enbrel and mtx but I keep getting infections

(mainly in my lungs) so she suggested I think about either switching

to Humira (which might have the same effect) or enrolling in a

study.The study that is available is for the human model of

Rituximab. Rituximab itself uses half mouse/half human antibodies. I

would try out the all-human version. I am really scared of trying

something so new. Even Rituximab has only been around for a few

years. I told her I would think about it and let her know my

decision.

Any advice? thoughts? suggestions?
