Guest guest
oh well i guess we need to look at the bright side..it is liking meeting NEW friends every day LOL -------------- Original message -------------- <<<I hope I can figure out who is who and keep it straight in my mind. I belong to a weightloss surgery support group where each post has the posters picture attached..it helped so much in getting to know each person... I got spoiled by that as I am terrible at remember names alone.. Ineed a face to go with it..>>> Well Faith, I'm hopeless at names and faces!!! If people would only stay where I met them, I'd stand a chance of remembering - but they have this habit of moving around, so if I meet someone 'here' ... and then come across them 'there' ... how am I supposed to remember who they are? They even dress differently which doesn't help either! Dad was the same - he and mum would meet someone in the street and when they'd gone he would say to mum, " Who was that? " . Hubby is the opposite though. Some years ago now we were at a farm clearing sale and hubby said to a feller there, " Didn't we meet at a clearing sale at 'wherever it was', about ten years ago? " . After a short discussion it was decided that yes, they had indeed met at that sale! Oh well, I suppose we can't all have a photographic memory...
