A question regarding pre breakfast BG's

I am a type two diabetic, diag. 2/00. I am have 20 more pounds to loose, have

lost 50 already. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to bring

my prebreakfast BG's down. My daytime levels have been running between 105 and

125. But my prebreakfast are between 125 and 150. Any suggestions would be

appreciated. I am diet and exercise controlled only.... no meds.
