I'm glad that you were able to find a good doctor. That is half the battle with this disease. Having someone who is good and knows how to treat the disease is great and compassion is really great.

A high protein diet would be something like Atkins or South Beach Diet. You can find info about both of those diets by searching on the internet. Atkins is a little more stricter in retricting carbs and South Beach is high protein, but allows for more carbs. Hope this helps some.

I understand the part about sexual relations. My husband and I are having problems in that area too.
