Hi -

I know you didn't ask for advice here, so I hope you don't mind me

jumping in with a thought!

Taking pain meds the way you're doing makes them practically

ineffective. It's no wonder you've had to " up " your meds to a

stronger one.

Pain meds are most effective when you take them BEFORE the pain gets

bad. If you wait all day and suffer, then the meds aren't even going

to have a chance to work. But if you take them at the start of the

pain, you'll get away with a much lower dose and a less-strong med

and accomplish the same results - plus you won't spend an entire

day " suffering! "

Just wanted to throw that out there....
