Guest guest
I am really starting to think that my sons infrequent bm's is due to withholding. Something that started back when he was in daycare. He has been going almost everyday now. With the exception of a few days. This is I think because I make him try everyday. He had mentioned that it hurt at one point so I think that made him withhold again. I think I have pinpointed some of the things that cause it to hurt and as I said he has been going more regularly. My question is what helps for this particular issue? I mean if it is withholding as opposed to regular constipation what do you do? Also is that colonoscopy the GI Dr. suggested really necessary for a child who is able to go? I was reading other posts and replies and I read some of you have found relief other than this method. What was that? I am assuming making it softer would help but not sure how? Does that Shaklee help with that? Any info. is appreciated.
