,

I clean the area I'm going to put a Lidoderm patch on with soap and

water, then rubbing alcohol as well. I agree that it does wonders

for helping them stick, especially since they mostly go on my lower

back area. However, when I try to put one on my shoulder, I have

major issues. It's such a bendy area, that getting it on right and

getting it to stay is a pain in the rear! You have to get the

placement right on the first try, or it just won't stick right after

that!

I love my Lidoderm patches though, and they are a big help when the

pain med just isn't enough. I have told my doctor that sometimes

I'd like to have a " Lidoderm suit " , when my whole body hurts. There

are times when I have them stuck all over. I still only use just

the 3 allowed, but I have at least one of them cut up so I can stick

it on many sore places.

Do you just use yours on your back, or do you have other places you

use them?
