Guest guest
your treatment reminded me of a doctor... a term i use loosely... who suggested i needed psychic surgery. lol my mother and i laughed so hard that he cursed me out. i wrote a letter of a complaint to the director of the clinic. the doctor then sent me a letter saying he was sorry if he offended me by cursing but he still thought i needed psychic surgery. talk about the insane leading the sane lol Subject: Yesterday To: Hugs-N-Pain Date: Thursday, March 11, 2010, 7:03 PM Â Well my friends...yesterday I went to another Disability doctor to go over my sciatica, arthritis, knee replacement and neck pain. I am going to say something that I usually never say....that doctor was a quack....I went there to be evaluated, not tortured. This physician and I use the term loosely, measured my angles, and twisted my bad side around and smacked my replaced knee/lower leg with one of those nerve hammers....he hurt me. I could not walk on Wednesday, I can hardly move and walk today.. my Physical therapist was so sympathetic, but she cannot work on my back, as it is not in my RX. I cannot believe I was treated this way..the physician acted as if I was goldbricking and treated me like less than a human...he did not even look at me...my Mother went with me, for moral support and I am glad she did, as I now have a witness...I was in tears and told him, " Please don't do that " , " I can't move that way " as he yanks my arms above my head...I cannot hold my arms above my head, even when I was not so sore, I have such kyphosis in my shoulders, that it is really difficult. I even called my Social Security case worker and complained ... I also found an attorney if I get declined for benefits...he is a local man and has over 25 years of experience and does nothing but SS Disability and Worker's Compensation claims. On the flip side, SS sent me for x-rays of my lower back...well crap, sciatica is usually a soft tissue injury and won't show up on an x-ray...so it will be interesting to see what they discover. I requested that a copy of my records me sent to my orthopedist, Dr. Poole, so we will see what he says. I see him on the 25th of March. Has anyone else been treated like bedroom lint by the physician that does their exam, or is it just my luck of the draw? Love and hugs...currently on 2 10/325 Norco to make me comfortable this evening...good thing I have pain medication from my knee replacement, or I would really be in trouble. Hugs...Martha Really grumpy at this physician..and sorer than I should be after an exam
