Anytime a back problem causes a problem with bowel and bladder function you should see your doctor right away. Kaylene I have a herniated disc at L5/S1. I slipped and fell in the mud yesterday and am hurting REALLY bad today. One thing I've noticed is that I feel like I have to pee all the time, it's awful! This has happened before when my back is hurting bad. Does injury to a disc cause this problem?
