Dear Ken: I hope you don't feel too bad about this. This happens a lot to a

lot of people. I had the same thing happen to me. It was a little different

though. It was with a picture I took. The people I sent it to also were

publishing a book. They said my picture was the best and I would get an award

in

Florida too. All very similar to your situation. Of course I couldn't go.

Then they wanted me to buy the book or mugs with the picture in them. Of

course I didn't. They wrote me a few times saying time was running out but I

never bought any.
