Hi everyone,

I want to thank everyone who responded to my cry for help. Having all you guys

out there is such a blessing. I want to also thank the silent ones. I know there

are many who read the posts and put a lot of thought into a situation but

because they are unsure of how to help or possibly someone else may have already

responded in the same way they would have, they don't post. But just knowing you

are there and willing to post if you feel you had some advice that was not being

shared means a lot to me.

I feel an obligation to share with you all the treatment plan I have chosen.

Those who have read my original post know when I posted the first time, I did

not have any sign of lyme, I just pulled a deer tick off of me. Since I am one

who encourages anyone in that situation to get on Doxy immediately, I surprised

even myself by stalling. I have struggled with candida for many years and just

in recent years have it under control. Going on abx unnecessarily is just

something I really did not want to do.

However, watching my son suffer many years from the horrendous effects of lyme,

I knew I wanted avoid lyme way more than a candida flare-up. I decided to see my

ND that muscle-tested me on various natural supps. for lyme. I tested positive

for pretty many, which told us that the chance were great that I had indeed

contacted lyme. I decided to take the supps I tested for, but I also called my

Dr and got some Doxy. Here is a list of all that I am taking daily for

first-stage lyme.

Doxycycline (100mg 2X) I got a 30-day supply, I may try to talk him into a

6-week treatment. Let me know your thoughts on this one.

MMS (1 drop, activated, hourly for 8 hrs.) I am going to try to up this to 3

drop doses.

Cat's Claw Tincture (1 tsp.)

Sarsaparilla (6 dropperfuls)

Silver Shield from Nature Sunshine (1 tsp.)

Iodine (topically)

I am posting this to share my experience, but also for you guys to critique.

This may sound like an over-kill but I figure I have this one chance to nip it

in the bud.

The rash showed up approx. 36 hrs ago and I started the Doxy 24 hrs ago. I am

feeling OK. My throat is slightly sore and I am a little bit tired, but other

than that all is good.

God bless you all and thanks again for caring, Malinda
