Hi Tommie,

I've missed you. Yes, it seems the group has kinda died off. I hope

this doesn't mean everyone is in alot of pain. Have you tried talking

to Gayla through her website?

I have been having high pain days because I had to stop taking my anti-

inflammatories for a week because I had a biopsy of my neck taken. I

am back on them, but it takes awhile to catch up. I am walking around

like an 80 yr. old woman, LOL!

I hope you are doing well and having low pain days,
