Guest guest
Talli, Thank you for responding to my post! No, my biofeedback therapsit is not a PT. Next week I am going to a PT (recommended to me through a few VV patients) who does internal work. I am really not familiar with the protocal, except these other women swear by this treatment. Re: the 10 seconds normal and 10 seconds relax. My resting point is contracted, so the biofeedback therapist suggested 10 seconds of doing nothing (because I am already contracted) and then 10 sec. of relaxing (pushing out). I am confused, because don't you need to contract before you can relax? Or, because I already am contracted - I shouldn't contract. Finally, I got a RX for trazodone (took 1st one last night) and already feeling a little better. Less contracted. But, I feel sedated! Any suggestions, help would be very much appreciated! Thanks, Darlene
