I am now 1 yr and 3 months post-op and have lost 170 lbs to date. Renewed my membership to Curves-slackedoff last year-and am GOING to get there this week. Next day off-as I am working 2 jobs and do not know whether I am coming or going sometimes! My RA has been particularly bad this past 2 weeks-from the cold and rainy weather here!
